Kick off the weekend with us with a casual dinner and drinks! We encourage you to arrive early and explore the grounds of Timber Cove Resort as we have the whole place to ourselves over the weekend.

Attire: Aloha shirts and other aloha casual attire encouraged

Tip: While September is the nicest time of year at Timber Cove, the weather can still be unpredictable. Bring some layers in case it's chilly / windy!

 We have Timber Cove Resort to ourselves, so we welcome you to come and hang out at your leisure. Meet new people and create new relationships over various games and activities available throughout the property and/or grab some breakfast, brunch, or lunch at the delicious restaurant onsite.

Marisa’s very dear friend from Hawaii, Shoshana Cohen, is an incredible yoga instructor and will be leading an optional yoga class. If you have a yoga mat in your room, please bring it. Otherwise, we’ll provide one for you! Let us know if you’ll be joining us here.

Enjoy a short hike of the grounds with a guide from the California State Parks. Learn about the history and ecology of the area. We will have two tours – one starting at 10AM and one at 11:30AM. You can sign up for a tour here!

Attire: Semi-formal attire that feels fun and festive recommended

Tip:  the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors (including some grassy areas), so we highly recommend you bring some layers with you and suggest you plan your footwear accordingly.
